Principal's Message

Dear Laurel Families,

It is a privilege and honor to serve the Laurel Elementary School Community! Our school is a place where the learning environment provides dreams to take flight, imagination has no limits, and where every student feels valued and supported. As the new Principal,  I am excited to get to know the students and families of Laurel Elementary. It is time to begin our journey to empower our students to become confident, resilient individuals who will make a positive impact on our world.  

Our staff is excited to begin the 2023-2024 school year, and we look forward to a year where we can build relationships and celebrate the success of our students and staff.  This year our focus is to provide a comprehensive program that assesses and meets the academic, social emotional and behavioral needs of our students.  In addition, we will continue to develop our magnet program and work to strengthen our community partnerships.
