Third grade is busy learning, creating, and exploring so many exciting things! In math, we are strengthening our multiplication skills and building confidence with our facts. In language arts, we are diving into character traits, fables, and poetry as we explore stories and discover the power of words. In social studies, we are becoming geographers by learning about different regions and the natural resources found in each area. In art, we just wrapped up our Cubism unit, inspired by the incredible Pablo Picasso! We are also exploring the exciting world of digital animation for career exploration. Our third graders especially loved using a stop-motion app to bring their own creative ideas to life through original stop-motion videos! It has been so much fun watching their creativity, curiosity, and skills grow across all subjects!
