Laurel Elementary Magnet School cohosted an exciting STEAM Night with Child Creativity Lab on October 7 in the cafeteria, welcoming over 40 families for an evening of hands-on learning and fun! Families worked together to design and build marble ramps, testing their creations and racing marbles to see whose designs worked best. Through this engaging challenge, students explored engineering concepts, problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking while practicing the 4 Cs: Creativity, Critical Thinking, Communication, and Collaboration. It was a wonderful opportunity for Laurel Leopards and their families to learn, innovate, and create together!
