At Laurel, recess is a favorite time for students to connect, move, and have fun with friends! Based on our student feedback, the most popular way students spend their recess is walking and talking with friends, showing just how important friendships and social connections are to our Laurel Leopards. The second most popular activity is soccer, giving students a chance to run, practice teamwork, and enjoy some friendly competition. Coming in third is the play structure, where students can climb, swing, slide, and use their imaginations. Whether they're chatting with friends, kicking a soccer ball, or enjoying the play structure, Laurel students are making the most of their recess time!
