Laurel’s STEAM Night, made possible through grant funding and a working partnership with Discovery Cube, gave more than 80 students the opportunity to learn through hands-on science investigations. Students explored fascinating topics including ocean acidification, worms, owl pellets, fossils, and more, connecting real-world science to careers and discovering that learning is most exciting when you can explore, investigate, and learn by doing! It was a great success! Our next magnet STEAM Night will be October 7th. Save the date!
